Our Programs

Recognizing the diversity among SOF spouses, STEPS delivers individualized support plans, guaranteeing that each spouse is equipped with the necessary tools for a successful transition. Although each plan is unique, all STEPS programs include:

  • Evaluation with a highly trained intake team to determine individual needs.

  • Emphasis on improvement in all cornerstones of overall health and wellness.

  • Six-months of curated virtual and in-person programming based on identified needs.

Endocrine balancing, helping to identify imbalances in hormone levels and spikes in cortisol levels, providing supplements for continued health and wellness and offering holistic health programs to reduce stress and anxiety.

Pelvic Floor Therapy

Pelvic floor issues are common, affecting one in four women. Despite their prevalence, many individuals are often told to dismiss their symptoms, even when they're embarrassing, disruptive, or painful. STEPS offers virtual Pelvic Floor Therapy to help address these issues.
